What is Psychosocial Recovery Coaching?

Psychosocial Recovery Coaching is a specialist support funded through the NDIS’s Capacity Building budget. It is designed for individuals living with a psychosocial disability (mental health conditions) who require support to manage their recovery and everyday life.

We are a practical mental health coach, not a therapist. Our focus is on working alongside you to build the skills, confidence, and community connections necessary to achieve your personal goals and increase your social and economic participation.
